TABLE OF ANNUITIES FEES

Designating Italy is financially interesting since annuities are due only from the fifth year as counted from the EP filing date. There are only 40 E official fees for having an European patent validation in Italy.
Renewal fees are due in Italy in advance for each year between the 5th to the 20th year from the EP filing date.
